Here are some tips on using Pirate Auction House:
- You must be logged in to the forum in order to create auctions and bid on auctions. http://www.puzzplepiracy.com/login
- Add your in game pirate names on your profile page to make it easier for pirates to contact you: http://auctions.puzzlepiracy.com/profile.php
- The item field is for the standard name for the item, make use optional fields for name, colors, gender (clothes) to add those details. The optional fields will be added to the title for the listing. Use this to avoid duplicate information advertised.
- Choose longer expiry two weeks max for more exposure and auctions may be relisted easily if unsold.
- Price, Bid increments and Starting Bid values are number fields but using 'k' will translate to '000' and 'M' will translate to '000000'. So 10k = 10000 and 1M equals 1000000, but do not use decimals like 1.3M or 2.5k.
- Check your listing after you have created it, if it does not contain corrent information or shows duplicate information, you are able to update your listing, all fields wil be edittable except expiry.
- If you made a mistake with a bid for an item or changed your mind, bids may be retracted from your profile page and the auction listing.
- There is no email reminder of your finished or expired auctions or winning bids, you will need to check your profile page: http://auctions.puzzlepiracy.com/profile.php
